Retiro accommodates up to 10 guests, Palermo up to 16. Groups over 8 include two guides to ensure comfort and connection. We keep groups intimate because mate is fundamentally about conversation—direct connection with guides and each other matters most

Yerba mate is naturally gluten-free, making it suitable for celiac guests. We offer some gluten-free alfajor options. For specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us directly—we'll explore accommodation possibilities, though we cannot guarantee all requests.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before your experience receive a full refund. Rescheduling is also available within 24 hours, subject to availability at your preferred location and time slot.
